Networking Policy
To foster a positive and collaborative community, local HipHop artists are encouraged to actively participate in networking events and utilize social media responsibly. Artists should engage respectfully, supporting one another’s work and sharing opportunities. Online interactions should reflect professionalism, avoiding any form of harassment, discrimination, or negative behavior. Constructive feedback is encouraged, but it must be delivered respectfully.
Artists are expected to promote their work and the work of their peers, contributing to a vibrant and inclusive HipHop scene. Participation in events, workshops, and online forums should be conducted with integrity and a spirit of collaboration. By adhering to these guidelines, artists can build a supportive network that enhances their visibility and growth within the community.
Performance Policy
Purpose
To ensure high-quality, professional performances that reflect positively on the artist and the community.
Performance Standards
- Punctuality: Artists must arrive on time for sound checks and performances.
- Preparation: Artists must register with PMCNL through the online form titled “Artist Performance Registration” and should be well-rehearsed and ready to perform their setlist.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor on and off stage, including interactions with event staff and audience members.
- Respect: Respect the venue, equipment, and other performers. Ensure that lyrics and performance content are appropriate for the audience and venue.
Conduct
- Behavior: No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
- Substance Use: No use of illegal substances before or during performances.
- Dress Code: Adhere to any dress code requirements set by the venue or event organizers.
Promotion
- Marketing: Actively promote the event through social media and other channels.
- Collaboration: Work with event organizers to ensure successful promotion and execution of the event.
Consequences for Violations
- Warnings: Minor infractions may result in a warning.
- Suspension: Severe or repeated violations may lead to suspension from future performances or events.
By adhering to this performance policy, HipHop artists can ensure their performances are professional, respectful, and contribute positively to the local music scene.
Group Chat Policy

To create a respectful, supportive, and productive environment for all members.

Violations
- Harassment: Any form of bullying, intimidation, or unwanted attention.

- Spam: Posting irrelevant or excessive messages.
- Privacy Breach: Sharing personal information without consent.
Consequences
- Warnings: Minor infractions may result in a warning.
- Temporary Ban: Repeated or serious violations may lead to a temporary ban.
- Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the group.

Ticket Policy
Indemnification Clause
The Artist agrees upon agreement to sell tickets to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PMCNL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with the Artist’s sale of tickets for events organized by PMCNL. PMCNL shall not be held liable for any amounts owed to the Artist from ticket sales. The Artist is required under any circumstances to remit all ticket sales proceeds back to PMCNL. PMCNL agrees to make its best effort to return ticket sales to artists. In the case that PMCNL is unable to do so due to any circumstance, the artist agrees to the above.
